Aaditya Thackeray inaugurates Oxygen plant in Hiranandani Hospital- 700 litres oxygen per minute

Aditya Thackeray, Cabinet Minister for Tourism and Environment, Government of
Maharashtra on a virtual platform, inaugurated Mumbai’s first Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA )
Oxygenator at the Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital. This is Mumbai’s response to ensure that the city

to the hospital oxygen pipeline. The equipment installed in the hospital provides 700 litres of oxygen
per minute and the purity is 94 to 05%. The same is acceptable by Indian Pharmacopeia standards for
hospital supply. The equipment is manufactured in India, said Dr Chatterji Dr Chatterjee, CEO Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital

Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder and Managing Director Hiranandani Group of Companies and the
Chief Managing Trustee of the hospital, recounted the exemplary work that the hospital had done and

Shri Aaditya Thackeray, stated that the virus did not differentiate between Public and

Private Organizations and so both the Public and Private sectors have to work together for getting
