BJP MLA Atul Bhatkalkar slams Nawab Malik, said, “Nawab’s son-in-law Sameer Khan was jailed for 8 months in Drugs case.”
BJP MLA Atul Bhatkalkar slammed Nawab Malik for his criticism of NCB particularly Sameer Wankhede. Atul Bhatkalkar said. ” Nawab Malik’s son-in-law Sameer Khan was in Jail for 8 months in a drug related matter.” NCB statement said that he was indulging in Marijuana. 200 kgs of Marijuana was seized from Karan Sejnani’s home, who is Sameer Khan’s partner. Later the forensic report said it was tobacco.
Nawab Malik- Sr NCP leader and Minister in Maharashtra Govt had criticised the way Sameer Wankhede has been functioning for the past one year. He said Aryan Khan- Shahrukh Khan’s son’s case was a plant, “no raids took place, there was no seizure”. The whole year Sameer Wankhede has performed since he took over, ” has brought disrepute to the high integrity of NCB”.
Atul Bhatkalkar said, ” Sameer Wankhede has affected 300 arrests over the last year. Destroyed Drug factories in Dongri, Vsai and Palghar. Destroyed drug mafia connected to D-gang which no one dared touch. Drug Mafia operating like Arif Bhujwala, Chinku Pathan, Sultan Mirza, Danish Merchant, women drug lords like Rubina Niyazu are in jail because of NCB’s operations”.
