DCP Narcotics Datta Nalawade: Two operations, 32 kilo Marijuana, MD worth Rs 13.7 lakhs seized, 3 arrested
Mumbai Police- DCP Anti Narcotics Cell Datta Nalawade informed that in two operations of ANC Ghatkopar Unit and Azad Maidan Unit, 32 kilo Marijuana & MD worth Rs 13.7 lakhs seized 3 people were arrested. Cases Have been registered CR 17/2022, CR 18/2022 under various sections of NDPS act.
The First operation the Anti Narcotics cell of Ghatkopar Unit arrested 2 persons with 32 kgs of Marijuana worth Rs 8,00,000 near PWD Cement Godown, Ghatkopar East. and in the second operation the Azad Maidan Unit of ANC intercepted and arrested one person Maaz Ayub Khan with 57 gm of MD worth Rs 5,70,000 . He is a habitual criminal with earlier cases of assault registered against him in Shahu Nagar Police Station.
