Actor Vicky Kaushal wraps up first schedule for Meghna Gulzar directorial “Sam Bahadur”.

Actor Vicky Kaushal has finally wrapped up the first schedule for the Meghna Gulzar directorial “Sam Bahadur”.

Following the wrap up, he took to his Instagram account to share an emotional post on the first schedule wrap-up with his followers.

He wrote “After more than 2 months of relentless work across 5 cities… it’s a Schedule Wrap up for SAM BAHADUR!!! Still Few more cities and a few more months to cover. See you soon Team, to continue our journey of making SAM BAHADUR !!!

The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala of RSVP Movies went on the floors in August.
Notably, director Meghana Gulzar also shared the call sheet for the day 40 of ‘Sam Bahadur’ in the story section of her Instagram.

‘Sam Bahadur’ is based on India’s greatest war hero and first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw. Sam Manekshaw’s Army career spanned over four decades and five wars. He was the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal. His military victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war led to the creation of Bangladesh.

The film, features Vicky in the titular role with Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
‘Sam Bahadur’ scheduled for theatrical release in early 2023.
