Producer Upasana Singh drags Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu to Court For breach of Agreement
Producer Upasana Singh has moved a local court against Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu, for breach of an agreement signed for the promotion of a Punjabi movie.
The case has been filed in the Chandigarh district court with Upasana Singh claiming damages for Sandhu’s breach of contract. She has played a lead role in her
‘Bai ji Kuttange’ Punjabi film.
Speaking to media personnel outside the court the filmmaker said that she had given Harnaaz a break in her Punjabi movie ‘Bai ji Kuttange’. Not only this, she had also assigned her a lead role a in ‘Yaara Diyan Poo Baran’
Upasana further added that in accordance to the terms of the agreement entered into by and between Santosh Entertainment Studio LLP, Harnaaz Sandhu was to make herself available for the promotions of the film amid the Golden-Jubilee Celebrations of the film.
But she blatantly refused to dole out dates..
However, there was no immediate comment by Harnaaz on Upasana’s allegations.
The filmmaker also claimed that she gave Harnaaz a chance at a time when she was not Miss Universe and that she had invested huge funds in movie which is not a small-budget movie.
