Notably, the International Indian Film Academy Awards returns to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, for the second consecutive year and will be held from February 9 to and 11, 2023.
The musical extravaganza event, IIFA Rocks, is a grand fusion of song, dance, film, and fashion and will feature live performances by some of the popular artists such as Amit Trivedi, Badshah, Nucleya and Sunidhi Chauhan, among others.
As per Karan Johar he feels excited to host the IIFA Rocks this year.
Infact, he has shared a special bond with IIFA for over two decades and feels it a pleasure to rock the stage with Farah Khan.
Whereas Farah Khan who had hosted the previous edition of IIFA Rocks with actor Aparshakti Khurrana is thrilled to co-host the event yet again.
Speaking to the media Farah Khan reveals that she is returning exactly after nine months to hold the prestigious event with Karan as her co-host.
Composer-singer Trivedi, who performed at the IIFA Rocks 2019, feels elated return to the movie extravaganza.
Notably, IIFA is just not a platform saluting the finest of Bollywood talent, but also showcases Indian culture to the world. That’s what draws everyone to this stage again and again.

Interestingly, In 2017, Alia Bhatt rendered his song ‘Ladki beautiful kar gayi chull’ from her film ‘Kapoor and Sons’ at the IIFA Awards. This year, he will be there in person to regale with some of his popular hits.
Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, and Kriti Sanon will also perform at the IIFA Weekend and Awards 2023.
Actors Abhishek Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar and Maniesh Paul will be host the award ceremony.
The annual gala is being held in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading curator of immersive destinations and experiences.
