News comes to light actor Sonam Kapoor(Ahuja) has sold her plush BKC flat for a whopping Rs.32.50 cr to a Delhi based Company.

The actor mostly resides in Delhi or London with Bizman husband Anand Ahuja.
She had reportedly purchased the flat way back in 2015
for Rs 31.48 crore.

Sources reveal that Sonam’s apartment was located on the third floor of plush Signature Island in Mumbai’s posh Bandra-Kurla Complex.

The house built on a massive area of 5,533 square feet comes complete with high-end amenities and furnishings.
The new owner will get access to four car parking slots as well.

The buyer has purportedly paid a stamp duty of whopping
Rs 1.95 crore for the registration and the deal was inked on December 29, 2022.

Apart, Sonam and Anand own luxurious bungalow at Delhi’s posh Prithviraj Road, where the couple usually reside while in India. Spread across 3,170 square yards, the property is priced at a whopping Rs 173 crore.

Sonam and Anand’s second home is in London’s Notting Hill which has been specially designed by ace designer Rooshad Shroff and boasts of being a blend of both art and comfort.

While In Mumbai, Sonam also resides at her parents Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor’s Juhu Bungalow valued at
Rs 30 crore.

On the work front, Sonam will be next seen in the crime thriller ‘Blind’, an official Hindi remake of a 2011 Korean crime-thriller by the same name. The official release date of the film is still awaited.

The actor was last seen in the 2019 release, ‘The Zoya Factor’. Sonam also shared a cameo in Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap’s ‘AK vs AK’, which streamed on Netflix last year.
