Both the power-packed talents stepped into the acting arena with their debut in Tujhe Meri Kasam on January 3, 2003 and they are now basking in the glory of their success of their recently released Marathi film Ved. Their 20 years Glitzy journey in the dazzling world of glamour and neons has been exciting for the young couple.
The couple feel it amazing for all the love showered on them amid these two decades. What makes the couple feel elated is that their maiden Marathi film turned out to be a huge success.
Riteish remembers his late Vilasrao Deshmukh who was a successful Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Had he been alive he would have been extremely proud. Genelia was a middle class girl and all that is happenning to her as an actress has not changed her attitude. She still feels a middle class despite all the wealth, name, fame, awards and rewards. She has worked in six industries and has received huge compliments from people with whom she has worked.
Genelia has essayed the role as
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and though it wasn’t an easy character to portray yet she did it. Both Riteish and Genelia respect Salman to a great extent. The couple feel that it was Salman’s greatness that despite being such a big star and producer, yet he agreed to work in their film.
On the other hand, Riteish praises Salman Khan and expresses his gratitude to him for having agreed to work in the 2014 released Lal Bhari.
