Actor Ratna Phatak opens up on husband Naseeruddin Shah for his biazed comments
It is not something new.
Both husband wife Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Phatak Shah often comment on a various topics.
On quite a few occasions Naseeruddin has landed himself in trouble for his biased comments.
In a recent interview to a media Ratna amid her promotional rounds for her film “Kutch Express” , revealed that she makes it a point to stop her husband from making biased comments that might land him into trouble but in vain. She added that In today’s time someone will come and throw stones at our house.
Anyways, these days it is becoming extremely difficult to get work, and there are many reasons for it. Hence, one need to be sensible… but not scared, if that is possible.
Ratna was quick to point out that the there is a sense of fear which works when these comments come to light but there has to be someone to point out the wrongdoings as well. We get scared. But, what can we do? If there is nobody who will point out the wrong in the world, then how will things get better?… Things have not gone for the worse until now, so we will see what happens next she concluded.
Naseeruddin Shah will be next seen in Aasmaan Bhardwaj’s thriller Kuttey featuring Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Konkona Sensharma, Radhika Madan, and Shardul Bhardwaj.
Whereas Ratna will next be seen in Kutch Express, which will mark her first lead role in Gujarati cinema. Last year she was seen in John Abraham-starrer Attack and Ranveer Singh-starrer Jayeshbhai Jordaar. In the latter, she played the role of a Gujarati mother who wanted her daughter-in-law to abort her girl child. Ratna is recognised for her roles in TV show Sarabhai VS Sarabhai and films like Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, Golmaal 3, Kapoor & Sons and Khoobsurat
