Now news comes to the fore that Bollywood Diva Madhuri Dixit (Nene) has purchased a luxurious flat in a super-premium residential project Indiabulls Blu in the upscale locality of Worli for a whopping Rs.48 crores at nearly Rs 90,000 per sq ft, pushing it in the tally of the largest deals for residential apartments in terms of value anywhere across the country so far this year. She has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.4 crore.
