It was the script of Writer Neeraj Vohra that made the Rohit Shetty directorial ‘Golmaal’ a big hit.
Remembering the prolific writer on his 60th birth anniversary, Ajay Devgn while speaking to a news portal expressed his feeling over the sad untimely demise of Neeraj Vohra adding that the writer was exceptionally talented.
According to him, there were only few writers when it comes to comedy and Neeraj excelled in it.
He went on to quote that when the Golmaal script was narrated to him and Rohit Shetty they were completely floored.
Ajay also went on to add that Neeraj was an excellent writer and Hindi cinema only stood to benefit from him.
Neeraj Vora moved from mortality to immortality on December 14, 2017. He was in coma for 13 months following massive heart attack and brain stroke.
Apart Ajay Devgn ‘Golmaal’ also featured Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Rimii Sen, Paresh Rawal, Manoj Joshi and Vrajesh Hirjee.
