Jacqueline Fernandez Seeks Court Permission for Dubai Travel, ED Asks for Time to File Reply
Actor Jacqueline Fernandez on Wednesday moved an application in a Delhi Court seeking permission to travel to Dubai from January 27 to 30, to attend the PepsiCo India conference.
However, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought time to file a response on the Jacqueline application.
Meanwhile, Additional Sessions Judge Shailender Malik on Wednesday granted time to ED and fixed the matter for January 27, for a hearing.
Reportedly Jacqueline withdrew Fernandes her earlier application on Wednesday seeking to travel to Dubai due to rescheduled of her travel programme.
Now the reason for her Dubai travel is to attend the PepsiCo India Conference in Dubai scheduled for Sunday, 29 January, 2023 for the Annual Bottler Conference organized by PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd.in which she is a performer.
Jacqueline Fernandez is being investigated by the ED in an Rs-200 crore money laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
She had earlier appeared before the probe agency for questioning in a money laundering investigation against Sukesh Chandrashekhar and others.
