Following the sad demise of Kollywood actorTaraka Ratna on February 18 at the age of 39 wife Alekhya falls sick. His two daughters and son are grief-stricken over the loss of their beloved father and misses him very much. Nandamuri Taraka Ratna was the cousin of Jr NTR,
As per media reports, Alekhya had been starving herself for the past two days and was looking after the couple’s three children, while also being next to her husband at the hospital.
However, the actor’s demise after a long battle at the hospital, has shell-shocked her and her three children.
For those unversed,.Taraka Ratna and Alekhya had reportedly entered into marital bliss in 2012 against the wish of the former’s parents. They got married at a temple and none of the actor’s family members had attended the wedding. However, they had later accepted the marriage.
Taraka Ratna’s relatives, including Jr NTR, were also seen visibly shaken post the actor’s demise.
PM Narendra Modi too offered his condolences to actor’s family.
He got dmitted to a private hospital on January 27 after he collapsed during a padyatra of TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh in Kuppam town of Andhra Pradesh.
His mortal remains were taken to his residence in Rangareddy on Sunday and several politicians and celebrities paid their final respects and extended their condolences to the bereaved family.
The funeral will reportedly be held on Monday in the presence of the actor’s close friends and family members. The last rites will be performed at the Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills on Monday evening.
