After the Oscar honours done to SS Rajamouli directorial RRR and for the Naatu Naatu song and the Golden Globe winner composer MM Keeravani returns to Bollywood after a five years hiatus. His music was last heard in Hindi cinema in Mukul Abhiyankar’s 2018 thriller “Missing” that featured Manoj Bajpayee and Tabu.

Keeravani whose song Naatu Naatu is a global phenomenon, has over the years, been heard
cyclically in Bollywood. He now returns to score music for Neeraj Pandey’s next film “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” featuring Ajay Devgn and Tabu in the lead.

As per Keeravani he has no reservations on scoring music in Bollywood cinema. He was very active in Hindi cinema in 2000-2002. The Bhatts, Mahesh and Mukesh had invited him to score several music and he immensely enjoyed scoring music in their films. Some of their songs like Jadoo Hai Nasha Hai and Banjara emerged popular. Following that he got very busy in Telugu cinema and couldn’t focus on Bollywood and the offers too were not exciting.

Now, Keeravani is open to good offers from any part of India and also in Hollywood. He shares a comfortable work relationship with Neeraj Pandey. He had scored music for his ‘Special 26″ and ‘Baby’.

Interesringly, when Neeraj offered him the Ajay Devgn film, he readily accepted and without any degree of hesitation.
