Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey commits suicide in Varanasi Hotel
It comes as a rude shock that 25-year-old Bhojpuri actor Akanksha Dubey commited suicide. She was found dead inside the Sarnath Hotel in Varanasi.
Her death comes hours following the release of her music video with actor-singer Pawan Singh.
Akanksha was very active and popular on social media and often shared her dance reels on Instagram.
Hours prior to her drastic step, Akanksha had shared a video in which she is seen grooving to the tunes of a Bhojpuri song.
Notably, the actor had made her relationship official on Instagram on Valentine’s Day.
Sharing mushy pictures with her co-star Samar Singh, Akanksha had written, “Happy valentines day.”
Media reports reveal that the Bhojpuri actor suffered depression in 2018 and had gone into hiatus. She made a comeback after a couple of years and had reportedly credited her mother for supporting her amid the difficult phase.
Making her acting debut with film Meri Jung Mera Faisla at the age of 17, she was much popular in Bhojpuri films.
She was also seen in Mujhse Shadi Karogi (Bhojpuri), Veeron Ke Veer, Fighter King, Kasam Paida Karne KI 2 and other projects.
