Dindoshi Sessions Court grants bail in Ramnavmi Communal clashes

It comes as a massive relief to Malad builder and biz man Jameel Merchant, as the Dindoshi Sessions Court on Monday 24 April granted
aanticipatory bail to the accused over Raamnavmi communal clashes in Malvani, Malad.

In this favourable development Advocate Milind Desai, representing Jameel Merchant expressed his views saying “we are thankful and accept the order of the Court. Since day One, we have been convincing the court and and the Mumbai Police and Jameel Merchant too has been very supportive towards the Mumbai police to control the alleged Communal clashes.

We produced all videos of the Incident proving Jameel Merchant’s support to towards the Mumbai Police and the
Hon’ble Court of Law to consider all our evidences.
Notably, it is on the basis of all our evidence and on our merits that we got the favourable order from the Court of Law.
