Anand Mahindra happened to watch Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Citadel’ and heaped praises on her for her exceptional performance. She put our male action heroes in the shade
Infact it was his honest opinion on the film and on Priyanka Chopra.
‘Citadel’ streamed on Amazon Prime Video on April 28

The business tycoon is very active on social media. Taking to his twitter handle he wrote he watched first few episodes of the ‘Citadel’ over the weekend and was left unmoved by the typical Russo brothers OTT plot but watching Priyanka Chopra as an action hero was a revelation. She puts most of our male action heroes in the shade.

Tagging Priyanka as a ‘fauji brat,’ he put her in a bracket and stated that they are ambitious and adaptive. He obviously added that she fits the bill.

Anand Mahindra then went on to hand over the crown to Priyanka for being such a massive changemaker.
Sending more power across her way, he added, “She is clearly living life on her own terms & taking on the world, one step at a time.”

In ‘Citadel’ Priyanka plays a spy named Nadia Sinh on the show. The Russo Brothers directorial features Richard Madden as the male lead.

The show released on Amazon Prime Video on April 28. The next few episodes from the series will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Citadel has turned into a franchise. The Indian version of the same stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. The same will be releasing next in the franchise.
