Renowned Actor-Filmmaker Kamal Haasan pens an emotional note on the birth anniversary of veteran Singer S.P. Balasubramanyam on his 77th Birth Anniversary today,
4 June.
While celebrities in South Indian Film Industry, Bollywood and other Film Industry remember the doyen, actor Kamal Haasan shared his thoughts in his twitter account.
In Tamil, he wrote, “There is a philosophical phrase that goes ‘Be without actually being’. My brother S.P Balasubrahmanyam is one who is mortality even though he is in immorality. without actually existing.
He further shared his heartfelt wishes on SPB, who is always with us as a sweet voice, a never-ending joke, and an everlasting character.
SP Balasubrahmanyam has rendered several songs for films that have starred Kamal Haasan. Some of the songs include Rum Bumbum Aarambam, Mounamana Neram, Vaanam Thottu Pona, etc. The two have acted together in films including Kamal Haasan’s 100th film Raja Paarvai, Gunaa, and Avvai Shanmughi among others.
SP Balasubrahmanyam breathed his last on September 25, 2020, after being hospitalized for over a month for complications due to COVID-19.
