Virat Kohli urges fans not to cheer him but for India at Oval
Amid the ongoing WCT final, when a section of the fans chanted Virat Kohli’s name
it didn’t go well with the cricketer. He however urged the supporters to chant and cheer for India.
He raised his hands to signal the fans to back the team at the Oval in London. Kohli has a habit of communicating with the fans on the ground during the games.
India took one wicket in the first session, with Mohammed Siraj getting rid of Usman Khawaja. David Warner and Marnus Labuchangne who batted carefully to take Australia to 29/1 in 12 overs.
Earlier, Rohit had won the toss and put the Pat Cummins’ team to bat first. The sub-continent team didn’t consider Ravichandran Ashwin but went with Ravindra Jadeja for the final.
