It comes as Good news for Maharashtra’s Minority Community People given that the Maharashtra Dy.Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis who also holds the Home Minister portfolio has appointed Haji Asif predominately recognised as Guddu Bhai, as Chairman of Maharashtra Haj Committee.

Following the appointment Devendra Fadnavis and Chandrakant Salunkhe felicitated and honoured Guddu Bhai.

Last three years, reportedly, this post was lying vacant. Even Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) also never deemed it right to appoint any Haj Committee Chairman amidst their time.

But Devendra Fadnavis has thus appointed his party leader.This decision by the BJP Minister has heaved a sigh of relief to the so called Minority Community people in Maharashtra, but also speaks volumes of the Dy.CM’s concern towards the Minority Community People.

Notably, Haji Asif hails from Nagpur and is la loyal face of the party and very close to Devendra Fadnavis.

In Guddu Bhai’s appointment, the challenges and difficulties braced by the Haj Pilgrims on their Holy Haj Pilgrim will get resolved.
