The incessant showers saw traffic chaos, heavy flooding and building collapses as on 25 June Sunday IMD finally declared arrival of the South West Monsoon in the maximum city.
Social media was flooded with criticism for the civic body BMC, which had promised a monsoon-ready Mumbai this year.
