Maha Government declares holiday for school and colleges on Thursday in view of orange Alert
The Indian Meteorological Department has forecast intense heavy rainfall on Thursday and red alert warning for Mumbai City & Suburbs
In the backdrop of this and in due consideration of safety of students on top priority, the Municipal Commissioner and Administratior Dr. Iqbal Singh Chahal has declared a holiday for all Municipal, Government and Private primary, secondary and higher secondary schools and all colleges in the Mumbai City and Suburbs, tomorrow Thursday, 27 July 2023.
The Civic Body has further requested all citizens to stay alert, stay indoors and to kindly follow instructions from the administration.
