Sunny Deol-Ameesha Patel groove “Main Nikla Gaddi Leke” at Gadar 2 event in Ghaziabad
Ahead of the release of the Anil Sharma directorial “Gadar 2″, on 11 August, a musical night event was held in Ghaziabad which was graced by Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and director Anil Sharma.
Sunny Deol also reacted on claims of real life cross-border love stories being inspired by Gadar: ‘Unhe jeene do’.
Taking to his Instagram account, Sunny shared glimpses from the event and captioned the post,”Tara Singh’s heart has been won by the people of Delhi”.Thank you for all the love for Gadar2, see you in cinemas on 11th August.
Sunny and Ameesha donned a channelled their characters in the film while the co-stars set the stage ablaze with their dance performances on the song, “Main Nikla Gaddi Leke”. Singer Udit Narayan also attended the event and sang songs from the movies.
Sunny also shared the trailer on Instagram and captioned it, “For your family and for the sake of the country, once again Gadar machayega’ Tara Singh!
He added on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, presenting you all with Gadar2Trailer. The film hits the cinema halls on 11 August.
With incredible performances and powerful dialogues, and the iconic hand pump, the three-minute-long trailer exhibits Tara Singh and Sakeena’s legacy, set amidst the tumultuous Crush India Movement of 1971 withTara Singh travelling all the way to Pakistan to save his kid, Charan Jeet Singh (played by Utkrash Sharma) from the hands of the Pakistani Army.
The Anil Sharma directorial features besides Sunny and Ameesha, Utkarsh Sharma in the lead roles.
Prior to release of the official teaser online, the makers of the film attached the teaser with Gadar: Ek Prem Katha re-released in the theatres on June 9.
Anil Sharma asserted that there is lot of excitement on bringing back a story that epitomizes patriotism, intense action, a heartwarming father-son bond, and a love story transcending all boundaries.
