Meet Indrajit Kaur MLA AAP, elected from Nakodar Assembly constituency,Punjab
It’s a known fact India is home to millions of poor people who have limited means in life with some even struggling to get even the basics in life: food, water, clothing and shelter.
Notwithstanding considerable progress made in the socio-economic sphere since independence,more of India’s population lives below the poverty line. In such a scenario, interventions by charities and NGO become extremely important along with the initiatives and schemes rolled out by the government.
One such lady is Indrajit Kaur,
MLA, Aam Admi Party (AAP).
Having embraced politics by joining Aam Admi Party, Indrajit Kaur, Punjab based has a heart spread among the poor and needy and also the senior citizens.
She was elected to the Nakodar Assembly constituency, Punjab in the 2022 Punjab Legislative Assembly election as a member of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Though a politico, she spares time to care for the poor and needy with timely medical care when sick and with ration and well being of the poor and needy.
In the midst of calamities caused by nature, Indrajit Kaur saw to it that the deserving needy and poor including the senior citizens are taken care of and not left to fate.
She is much into charity and is by the people and for the people.
Apart all this, she also cares for the betterment of the society.
Meanwhile, Inderjit Kaur was SAD Women Wing’s general secretary, prior to joining the AAP in October 2021 a few months ahead of the 2022 Vidhan Sabha elections.
