Shah Rukh Khan is as of now basking on the thumping success of Pathaan and Jawan. For him the year 2023 has been much favourable while thankingto his back-to-back hits of his two films.
He has impressed his everloving fans in his latest avatars. Now they are waiting for the release of Dunki.
Amid SRK’s Jawan success an old interview of the star talking elaborating on his career and crediting his success to Yash Chopra has gone viral.
For the unversed, 27 September 27 was his birth anniversary
In his 2017 media interaction SRK had said that despite recognised as the ‘king of Romance’, he is not good with it. He had once.said that he doesn’t not want to be a lover boy as he isn’t good with romance. I feels he wasn’t good looking enough and also doesn’t think he was good enough to play a lover boy. But Yashji kept telling him if he doesn’t play a lover boy on-screen nothing will happen to his career and will not move ahead.
He then credited his success to Yash Chopra with whom he was associated in many films.
Yash Chopra has single-handedly created his career and what he is today, he owes it to the legendary filmmaker.
In Netflix’s series “The Romantics”, Shah Rukh Khan had articulated on.his bond with Yash Chopra and his thoughts
He recalled that when he first met the director, he had told.him that his own different impression of what Yash
Chopra would look like.
He had even assumed that he would be this really tall, long hair, semi-hippie kind of guy, very cool, you know and knew love. So, he was little taken aback.
It was just this simple man, so straightforward, and so unlike what he had imagined him.
As at present, Shah Rukh Khan is currently prepping for the release of Dunki which is all set to premiere on 22 December.
