Vivek Agnihotri hails Alia Bhatt “Part of Family,” craves to work National Awardee Allu Arjun
Recently, The Kashmir Files and The Vaccine War director Vivek Agnihotri candidly expressed his desire to work with this year’s National Film Award winners Alia Bhatt, Allu Arjun and Kriti Sanon.
Vivek Agnihotri headlines as an acclaimed filmmaker due to his recently released reality-based film The Vaccine War.
The filmmaker was honoured with the Best Feature Film on National Integration award at the National Film Awards for his film The Kashmir Files.
For those unversed, Alia and Kriti won the Best Actress National Film Award. While Alia took home the honours for her performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, Kriti Sanon received the trophy for her performance as a surrogate mother in the Laxman Utekar-directorial Netflix film Mimi. Allu grabbed the Best Actor National Film Award for his part as Pushpa Raj in Pushpa: The Rise.
Vivek Agnihotri in the midst of his chat with media persons heaped praises on Alia Bhatt and Allu Arjun. ‘The Kashmir Files’ filmmaker also revealed that he is a big fan of Alia Bhatt and Allu Arjun. He feels that Alia is a part of his family, and always admire her work. He likes the way she has matured as an actor in the last few years. She is blessed with creative intelligence, and that’s why he really admires her growth and the way she has conducted herself in public. Whenever there’s a discussion, he refuses to accept anything negative about her. Alia is a great example of how an actor should mature.
While lauding ‘Pushpa’ actor, Vivek added, that he has always been a fan of Allu Arjun. Hopefully, someday he would love to work with him if he is given the opportunity to do so. Regarding Kriti, he and wife Pallavi watched her film Mimi and thought she gave a mature and competitive performance.
