Rajinikanth was in Mumbai for the India vs New Zealand world cup semi final match. He is now excited for the India vs Australia final.
Rajinikanth seems to be doubly confident on India winning and lifting the World Cup 2023 trophy. The legend was in Mumbai to watch live the
India-New Zealand World Cup Semi-final match at Wankhede Stadium.
On his return to Chennai Upon he briefly interacted with media and opened up over his match experience and also predicted India’s win in the upcoming WC final.
Interacting with a news agency Rajinikanth revealed that though at first was nervous, Later, when wickets kept tumbling it went well. In the midst of that one and a half hours, he was quite nervous.
Rajni wasn’t alone, his wife Latha with him as both arrived in the city for the match on Tuesday night.
Notedly, in September, Rajinikanth alongside Sachin Tendulkar and Amitabh Bachchan received the Golden Ticket from the BCCI (The Board of Control for Cricket in India), which allows them access to all 48 matches of the World Cup.
A day before jetting-off to Mumbai from Chennai, Rajinikanth shared a note of appreciation for the film Jigarthanda Double X directed by Karthik Subbaraj who posted the letter on his official X page.
