India suffers innings defeat against South Africa in First Test at Centurion
A fast-forward Test match came to a fast-forward end as South Africa rolled India over inside three days to secure victory by an innings and 32 runs in the 1st Test played at the Centurion Cricket Ground in South Africa.
Sadly with the exception of Kohli other batsmen failed to contribute.
Not only that none gave the stand to Kohli fought a lone battle and scored 76.
Ashwin replaced Jadeja and despite much expected from him, it was a disappointment
He succumbed to the Spacer and returned to the pavilion without scoring a single run.
It was Dean Elgar and Macro Jansen responsible for SA’s 1st Test win.
Though win was far away, atleast India could have saved the innings defeat
