PM Modi flags off two Amrit Bharat Express to be flagged in Ayodhya on Saturday 30 December
PM Modi, on Saturday, 30 December inaugurates a host of projects, including flagging off
Darbhanga-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal Amrit Bharat Express from the Ayodhya Dham railway station.
The Amrit Bharat train is an LHB push-pull train with non-air-conditioned coaches and has locos at both ends for better acceleration improved facilities for passengers, like attractively designed seats, better luggage racks, mobile charging points with suitable mobile holders, LED lights, CCTV, public information system, among others.
The train comprises 22 coaches, which include eight general second-class coaches for unreserved passengers, 12 second-class 3-tier sleeper coaches and two guard compartments.

Passengers can enjoy improved cushioned luggage racks, ergonomically designed seats and berths and mobile chargers with suitable holders.
The train also boasts zero-discharge FRP modular toilets, aerosol-based fire suppression systems, and radium illumination flooring strips for safety and convenience.
The train travels with maximum permissible speed of 130 kilometres per hour, promising a swift journey between Ayodhya and Darbhanga in Bihar, and from Malda in West Bengal to Bengaluru.The train features an eye-catching design with a colour scheme of orange and grey and offers better seating arrangements to ensure passenger comfort during the journey.
