No doubt about it. Shah Rukh Khan has all the reasons to ride high on the thumping success of all his three films, ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’ released in 2023.

The Bollywood Badshah had recently attended an event where he went on to beg Veteran Filmmaker Mani Ratnam to work with him again.
This happened at the CNN-News18 event.

He told Mani Ratnam that it’s all come out in the open now and that he is requesting him to do a film with him and that he swears, he will dance on top of a plane on Chhaiya Chhaiya, if he is told to do so.

To this, Mani Ratnam in his response said he will do a film with SRK when he buys a plane. To this, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Mani Sir that the way his films are going, the plane is not far away. Later, when the event was wrapping up, Shah Rukh Khan even joked with Mani Ratnam, “Thank you, Mani Sir, for the film! March, I’ll be there, sir. Morning shift, 2 pm.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, while Pathaan and Jawan made record-breaking collections at the box office, ‘Dunki’ did decent numbers. The film marked his first collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani and also starred Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles.

Reportedly, the film had locked horns with Prabhas starrer ‘Salaar’ at the box office.

Meanwhile, there are a lot of speculations regarding SRK’s next venture. He will be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s next, which will also feature his daughter Suhana Khan. Reports are also rife that he might team up with Vishal Bhardwaj for a project. However, there has been no official confirmation or announcement over the same as of date.
