Sanjay Dutt elated for invite to attend Lord Ram Idol consecration ceremony in Ayodhya
Sanjay Dutt expresses his elation to have received the invite to attend Lord Ram Idol consecration in Ayodhya on 22 January.
Several Bollywood celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, and others have also been invited to the event.
Recently he was in Gaya to perform pind daan rituals at the Vishnupad temple.
Sanjay Dutt recently visited Gaya in Bihar to perform the pind daan rituals for his parents Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt. Clad in traditional attire, he participated in the Hindu ritual at the Vishnupad temple in Gaya, paying homage to the departed souls.
Amidst his visit to Gaya, when reporters inquired on his plans to visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, scheduled for January 22, he responded positively, saying, lt’s great, it’s great..As he chanted “Jai Bhole” and “Jai Shri Ram,” fans cheered from a distance, creating a spirited atmosphere.
Surrounded by security guards, he had earlier affirmed at the airport that he would indeed visit Ayodhya, stating, Definitely. Why not?.
Sanjay Dutt, whose positive response to visiting Ayodhya aligns with the general anticipation surrounding the event, continues to engage in various film projects, including the recent success of the Tamil film “Leo” and upcoming projects in Telugu, Punjabi, and Kannada cinema.
Notably, he is part of the cast for “Welcome to the Jungle,” the third installment in the action comedy Welcome franchise, alongside Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, and Arshad Warsi, directed by Ahmed Khan, with its first look released last year.
