PM Dr.Manmohan Singh for working in a Wheel Chair
PM Modi while addressing the House amidst the farewell of retiring members of the Rajya Sabha commended former
PM Manmohan Singh’s contribution and saying that he ‘worked even in a wheelchair’.
He added that he remembers that amidst the voting in the other House, it was known that the treasury bench would win, but Dr Manmohan Singh made his entry in his wheelchair and cast his vote.
