Airlines are now at the receiving from passengers who have taken to the social media to vent their grievances against airlines after facing multiple issues while travelling.
In the latest incident Bigg Boss 17 fame Mannara Chopra has found herself in a similar situation and took to X to share her plight. According to the actress, she was travelling with Akasa Airlines for the second time, and the first time, the team had damaged her luggage. And this time around they were quite rude to her. After Mannara posted about the problem on Twitter, the airline responded, denying her request to waive the fee.
Mannara while taking to her X account, wrote, “The worst airlines to travel with Akasa Air.This is my second experience with them, the first time I travelled they damaged my bag and this time I’m not feeling well they ended up being rude again”
No sooner Mannara dropped the tweet, Akasa’s official account reacted saying,
“We regret to hear about your experience, Mannara. We understand that our team met you at the airport and explained the excess baggage policy.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to waive the fee. We seek your understanding in this regard. Also, we`d like to address any previous concerns you may have. Please DM us the details.”
Responding to their answer Mannara further said,
“What are you writing sir, your staff was rude to me. She was not feeling well this morning, and she had mentioned this to their staff member and instead of acting nice she said she can go talk to the manager. But the manager wasm’t even courteous enough to come and understand the issue.
