Gunfire ‘reported outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy residence
Wee hours of Sunday
Reportedly, at 4.55 a.m on Sunday, 14 April, gunfire was reported outside Salman Khan‘s Galaxy apartment residence, off Bandstand, Bandra Mumbai.
It is learnt that two individuals on a motorcycle fired three shots in the air. Following this incident, Mumbai Police has deployed heavy police outside the Bhaijan’s residence and have initiated efforts to nab the culprits by examining CCTV footage.
The incident has been reported at the Bandra Police Station and the process of filing an FIR is underway.
Last year, Salman Khan found himself targeted by a death threat from Canada-based fugitive gangster Goldy Brar, who openly declared that the Bollywood superstar was on his gang’s hit list.
Earlier in the year, Mumbai Police had filed an FIR against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar, along with another individual, following an email threatening Salman Khan at his Mumbai residence.
As per police sources, three rounds were fired amidst the incident. The forensic team is expected to arrive at the scene soon to gather evidence.
Reports reveal that the Mumbai Police Crime Branch will take over the case. Investigations are underway to determine those involved in the incident.
Infact, Salman travels with an elaborate security team, especially since he was subjected to death threats earlier this year. He was granted Y+ security after he reportedly received a death threat from the Bishnoi Gang.
In April, when he received the threat, Salman revealed on Aap Ki Adalat, that he goes everywhere with full security.
Adding that he is much aware know whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what you do.
He believes that (refers to God) that He is there. It is not that he will start roaming freely, it is not like that. Now there are so many Shera’s around him, so many guns are going along with and that he himself is gripped in fear these days.
