Shobana and Mohanlal re-unite after 15 years for a Malayalam film

Veteran Malayalam actress Shobana shared a video on Instagram to announce of her re-union with the Malayalam Legendary actor Mohanlal after 15 years for a Malayalam film to be directed by Tharun Moorthy.

Mohanlal quoted that this is his 56th film with Shobana and is super excited and hopes everyone loves the film.

Mohanlal and Shobana were last seen in Mampazhakalam. The two of them have starred in several movies including ‘Thenmavin Kombathu’, ‘Pavithram’, and Manichithrathazhu.

The announcement made Netizens go gaga. After a long time, the legendary pair is rejoining,” commented one user.

While Shobana took a bit of a hiatus from acting and has been busy with stage performances, Mohanlal has gone on to act in several movies. He was last seen in Malaikottai Vaaliban.
He will soon be seen in Barroz, which also stars Guru Somansundaram and Komal Sharma.
