tongue-lash on KL Rahul over team’s loss irks fans
Sanjiv Goenka who owns LSG IPL team needs to learn from Shah Rukh Khan, owner of KKR to be sporting when the team loses and not to indulge in tongue-lashing or verbal assault on the captain of the team.
It so happened that after SRH chased-down the total with 10 wickets in hand and 62 balls to spare, LSG captain KL Rahul was lost for words and all he could do was to praise the duo of Head and Abhishek rather than going much hard at his own teammates.
Ironically, a poor scene following the game hogging limelight in which LSG ower Sanjiv Goenka was seen verbally assaulting KL Rahul, captain of LSG.
The video sparked a row and irked the netizens as they trained their guns on the owner Sanjiv Goenka for the unpleasant heated discussion in public. Some also asked Goenka to learn from the leadership skills of Shah Rukh Khan, the co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders team since the inception of IPL in 2008.
Despite the loss against SRH, LSG are still alive in the race to the playoffs.
