Even as the BJP-led NDA won the elections, the political party lost seats in a few crucial constituencies. This includes Faizabad, the constituency that houses the famous Ram Mandir. After the shocking results, Anupam Kher took to Instagram to pena cryptic note on an honest leader and his efforts.

He wrote “Sometimes he thinks an honest man shouldn’t be very honest. A tree with straight bark are often cut down first. The honest man has to bear most problems in life. Notwithstanding the hurdles, he doesn’t give up his honesty. That is why he is an inspiration to crores of people.

Fans took to the comments section to share their views on BJP’s result in Uttar Pradesh and extended their support to PM Modi.

Though the BJP lost the Faizabad seat and its alliance party, NDA won several seats. PM Modi emerged victorious in Varanasi and Kangana Ranaut put up a stellar show in Mandi.

After the victory, PM Modi addressed the country and thanked them for their support. He also took to X to react to his party’s win.

He posted “People have placed their faith in NDA, for a third consecutive time! This is a historical feat in India’s history.
He prostrates to the Janata Janardan for this affection and assure them that they will continue the good work done in the last decade to keep fulfilling the aspirations of people. He also salutes all Karyakartas for their hard work. Words will never do justice to their exceptional efforts.

Meanwhile, Anupam also turned cheerleader for Kangana. He congratulated her and wished her the best for embarking a new journey.
