Rajinikanth Salman Khan unite for Atlee’s next frenzied action directorial
The year 2023 saw Atlee’s directorial ‘Jawan’, a Hindi an action film featuring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. The film turned out to be a a massive blockbuster at the box office.
Since then, many have been pondering what will the director next. Earlier, there were reports that the filmmaker would collaborate with Allu Arjun. However, that didn’t happen. Recently, reports stated that Atlee will now work with Salman Khan. A new update reveals that Rajinikanth will also be a part of the same.
As per reports, Atlee is to collaborate with Salman Khan and Rajinikanth for a ambitious project. A source reveals that Sun Pictures production house will be producing the film, and share a family-like bond with superstar Rajinikanth.
Atlee, on the other hand, has been in close touch with Salman Khan for the last two years and feels confident that both Rajinikanth and Salman Khan will come on board.
A source also mentioned that Salman will work on Atlee’s next after wrap up of Sikandar shoot. Rajinikanth will first work on Coolie and then work on the Jawan director’s movie.
Coming to Salman Khan’s Sikandar, it is AR Murugadoss’s
action thriller directorial.
The film also features Rashmika Mandanna and will have its theatrical release amidst Eid 2025. On the other hand, Rajinikanth’s Coolie is helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. featuring Kamal Haasan, Shobana, Sathyaraj and Dileep slated for theatrical release in 2025.
