‘The Buckingham Murders’ is set for theatrical release on September 13
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ektaa R Kapoor have collaborated again after Veere Di Wedding’ and ‘Crew’ for Hansal Mehta’s directorial ‘The Buckingham Murders’.
Although, the duo already won hearts following their collaboration with the above comedy drama ‘they have now returned with ‘The Buckingham Murders’, a murder mystery.
The film also introduces Kareena Kapoor Khan as a co-producer. The film releases in cinema halls on 13th September 2024.
The film has indeed sparked a row with the release of its intriguing poster, offering a peek into its intense, captivating world and leaving the audience keeping an eye on the secrets of the murder mystery to unfold. The film generated noise long prior to its screening at the BFI London Film Festival 2023 and being the first film to open at the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023. ‘The Buckingham Murders’ is a crime thriller film with the actress portraying as a grieving British-Indian detective assigned to investigate the case of a murdered child in Buckinghamshire. The movie had its premier at the 67th BFI London Film Festival in October 2023.
Featuring an excellent ensemble cast of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen, ‘The Buckingham Murders’ is written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker and produced by Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films alongside Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. ‘
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in the film ‘The Crew’ and ‘Jaane Jaan’ before that. ‘Jaane Jaan’ marked her debut on OTT. The actress also has ‘Singham Again’ in the kitty.
