BJP MP actress Kangana Ranaut has released the trailer of her most ambitious film “Emergency” which throughs light on India’s darkest chapter
In the midst of interacting with the media, revealed that she wanted to work with the Late actor Irrfan Khan. Unfortunately, her wish couldn’t be fulfilled.
He is one of her favourite Khans and will always miss him.
“Emergency” centres around the period when an emergency was clamped in the country in 1975, features Kangana Ranaut as the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.
The Kangana helmed ‘Emergency’ boasts a stellar cast including Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles.
The Zee Studios and Manikarnika Films produced film is set against the backdrop of one of India’s most tumultuous political periods and ensures to be a portrayal of historical events.
With screenplay and dialogues by Ritesh Shah and music orchestrated by Sanchit Balhara, ‘Emergency’ aims to mesmerise audiences with its portrayal of a significant chapter in India’s political history.
