Taking to her X, she wrote “Congratulations Neeraj Chopra on a fantastic season in 2024. Wishing you a speedy recovery and more success in the coming years. This was in response to Neeraj’s post where he disclosed the details of his injury.
Neeraj detailed how he competed in Brussels despite the pain from the fracture on his hand.
Neeraj had posted on X that “as the 2024 season ends, he looks back on everything he has learned through the year on improvement, setbacks, mentality and more.
On Monday, he injured himself in practice and x-rays showed that he had fractured the fourth metacarpal in his left hand. It was another painful challenge for me. But with the help of his team, he was able to participate in Brussels”.
