A chowk named after Sridevi comes up in Lokhandwala
After she embarked on a film career and captivated the audience and fans and eventuality won their hearts, now a chowk in Andheri has been named after her near to her residence in Lokhandwala.
The Sridevi chowk comes six years after the movie legend’s sad untimely passing away.
Sridevi used to live in the building known as ‘Green Acres”visible on the left from the chowk.
which was inaugurated over the weekend by Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor and their daughter Khushi.
Shabana Azmi, Anupam Kher and Poonam Dhillon also graced the event.
