Massive Blaze engulfs BKC Metro Station
BKC Metro Station was engulfed by blaze on Friday afternoon at 1.09pm, originating in the basement about 40-50 feet deep.
The blaze spread to wooden storage and furniture in the area, prompting firefighting efforts.
Passenger Services were temporarily suspended at Bandra Kurla Metro Station in the wake of the incident.
Reports reveal smoke entered the station from the fire outside Entry/Exit A4. Authorities paused Metro 3 services at the station, urging commuters to use Bandra Colony station as an alternative.
