Needless to stress Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are not only a
renowned celebrity couple but also among the wealthiest pairs in the country. They are all set to move to their new six-storey address ‘Krishna Raj’ bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra. Krishna Raj in honor of Ranbir Kapoor’s late grandmother, Krishna ķRaj Kapoor, the bungalow is valued at approximately Rs 250 crore.
Infact, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, along with Neetu Kapoor, were often seen visiting their new home site for inspections. Recently, a video showcasing their new six-storey bungalow was shared online and quickly became a hot topic.
The couple has chosen shades of grey and off-white for the exterior of the house.
The bungalow features glass balconies and large windows that enhance ventilation. Additionally, Kapoor and Bhatt have installed white railings on the terraces for safety purposes.Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly planning to name his bungalow after his daughter, Raha, who will become a co-owner of the luxurious property along with her grandmother, Neetu Kapoor.
Other renowned celebrities who have made significant investments in real estate and own expensive bungalows include Amitabh Bachchan (Jalsa), Shah Rukh Khan (Mannat), and Ajay Devgn and Kajol (Shiv Shakti), among others.

Additionally, she owns multiple properties across Mumbai and London. In 2018, she fulfilled her dream of owning a house by acquiring a property in London. A few years later, she bought a plush apartment in Bandra for Rs 32 crore. In 2023, she purchased a commercial space and two residential properties in Mumbai for Rs 45.48 crore.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor owns a luxurious 4-BHK apartment in Bandra designed by Gauri Khan. A few years back, he purchased an apartment in Pune’s Trump Towers for Rs 13 crore. Currently, the apartment has been leased out for an annual rent of Rs 48 lakhs.
