Rekha graces the upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show with utmost elegance and charm with Kapil Sharma. The set has been transformed into a desi mehfil khana for the diva. As she nails her Banarasi silk saree with stunning jewels. Rekha attires in a Banarasi Silk Saree with stunning jewellery renders a heartwarming couplet for Kapil and leaves him mesmerized. Kapil then says, “Rekha ma’am look at your charm today, people are so inspired looking at you.”
Rekha replied that she was 70 years old, and as soon as the audience reacted she jokingly asked them if they could hear her and said, ‘I am just 17 yet.’
Sunil Grover and Krushna Abhishek then make their entry with their hilarious gag as they dressed looking like Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
Further in the promo, Rekha almost falls from the sofa laughing at Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda’s Umrao Jaan and Pathaan’s act. She further shares an intriguing moment where she recreated the iconic dance number with Krushna Abhishek as he came dressed up as Amitabh Bachchan. Krushna’s sister Arti Singh was also present in the audience and was elated looking at Rekha dancing.
In the previous episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Shakti Kapoor, Govinda and Chunky Pandey graced the show and turned the evening into a power-packed entertainer. With an emotional reunion between Krushna Abhishek and Govinda, the actor shared, “Bahut faltu baatein kar raha hai. A few days back, when I got shot, he (Krushna) was crying. And now he is cracking jokes on leg pieces. He is so crafty.”
Govinda’s appearance was particularly significant because it marked his return to the screen following a leg injury. In October, he inadvertently shot himself with a loaded handgun, necessitating surgery and a period of recuperation.
