Alia collaborates with Dinesh Vijan,producer ‘Stree 2’ for supernatural horror thriller
News comes to the fore that Alia Bhatt will be collaborating with Dinesh Vijan, producer of the box-office blockbuster ‘Stree 2’.
As of now, Alia Bhatt is on shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love And War’ with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The actress has also been simultaneously keeping busy with her spy thriller universe with YRF, co-featuring Sharvari Wagh
Dinesh Vijan is the producer of his horror comedy universe, ‘Stree’, ‘Stree 2’, ‘Munjya’, ‘Bhediya’.
A source quotes that Alia has always discussed multiple feature films with Dinesh Vijan and is now on the verge of collaborating with the producer. The actress has loved a psychological supernatural thriller, which could be her next after Love And for the big screen. The talks are on, and things are expected to be on paper by the first quarter of 2025.” The actress has given bulk dates to Bhansali for ‘Love And War’ till November 2025.
The report further states that this horror thriller has been titled ‘Chamunda’ and is currently in the writing stage.
Earlier reports revealed that Kiara is also set to join Vijan’s horror comedy universe with a film titled ‘Devi’. And now reports of Alia being a part of this universe will further just expand this one.
Notably, Horror comedies and thrillers are the current favourite flavour as one saw with ‘Stree 2’ being the highest grossing movie.
Alia was last seen in ‘Jigra’ which was also produced by her and saw Vedang Raina along with the actress.
