S.M. Krishna, former Karnataka CM passes away today at residence
Former Karnataka Chief Minister S.M. Krishna passed away at his residence early Tuesday December 10, 2024 morning.
The former Karnataka CM’s mortal remains have been kept at his house in Sadashivanagara in Bengaluru for people to pay their respects. The cremation will be done in his village in his home district Mandya with full State honours on December 11, the State government said in a statement.
The Congress Legislative Party (CLP) meeting and dinner scheduled to be held in Belagavi today was cancelled following Krishna’s passing away, KPCC chief D.K. Shivakumar said.
