The legends of Bollywood Shabana Azmi, Naseeruddin Shah, Kulbhushan Kharbanda reunited to celebrate the 90th birthday of the veteran filmmaker Shyam Benegal. Shabana Azmi shared heartfelt photos
highlighting their long-standing association with Shyam Benegal.
Shabana Azmi who made her film debut with Benegal’s Ankur in 1974, posted endearing moments from their intimate gathering.
“Some of his actors with Shyam Benegal’s on his 90th birthday Mashallah (sic),” wrote Azmi, while sharing a group photo from the birthday. Actors Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Naseeruddin Shah, Divya Dutta, Shabana Azmi, Rajit Kapur, Atul Tiwari, filmmaker-actor and Shashi Kapoor’s son Kunal Kapoor, and others, were seen sharing the frame.
