Jamshedpur’s Jadugoda based out Harshika, a resident of has made her mark in the world of fashion and modeling was crowned with the coveted Bollywood Miss India title in a competition held in Delhi.

The 19-year-old was crowned by Bollywood actress Preeti Jhangiani. The event saw the presence of prominent figures from Bollywood and the fashion industry, including actors Chunky Pandey, Daisy Shah, and Yash Ahlawat, who congratulated Harshika on her remarkable achievement.

However, Harshika credits her success to her parents, particularly her mother, Mala Gupta. Earlier, she has won various competitions in cities like Jamshedpur, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi, and has competed against top models from across the country. To secure her place in the competition, Harshika advanced through multiple rounds, first being shortlisted in the top 60, then the top 18, the top 7, and finally the top 4, enduring tough competition from some of the best in the field.

Following her victory, Harshika has received offers from both Bollywood and South Indian film industries, and she is also exploring opportunities in Punjabi video albums. She is set to start a Bollywood project soon, adding to her growing list of accomplishments, which includes work in several popular video albums.
