In 2023, Roy Kapur and director Rosshan Andrrews kicked-off on their cop caper ‘Deva’ and felt it would be the perfect title for the film.
Hence, Siddharth Roy Kapur called Subhash Ghai, who was happy to give up the title he had registered in 1987. The veteran filmmaker only had one condition—that they get Bachchan’s nod as well.
